PIZZA MAKER/PREP PERSON

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all mamma ilardo’s food products
• Supply display case and fill food orders with product
• Schedule activities and the use of equipment with management
• Complete all work on a timely basis
• Operate and maintain work areas and all food items in a consistent manner
• Follow guidelines for sanitation and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Ability to follow precise recipes and procedures
• Ability to set priorities and coordinate activities
• Concern for kitchen safety
• Emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation
• Thorough working knowledge of equipment and utensils
• Ability to work alone or with others as needed
• Must be 18 years of age to work at certain locations
